Notification service not running
A phone restart is required to re-enable notification on your tracker
This message is appring and I am unable to get any notification

Hi @Bugfoundbyuser What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Hi @Bugfoundbyuser I am sorry I missed you post about your phone until now. Many apologies!
and @ventus I cant find that phone on the Supported Devices List so I think that is why you are both having problems with notifications, as when a phone isnt quite compatable notifications is one of the first things to suffer.
All you can do is go through THIS Help Article and see if something works for you. Sorry I am not more help.

I am also having same problem in my Redme Note 4 phone, it receive notification for calls but its not receiving for anything else.
