I bought a secondhand Fitbit Inspire 2. I reseted it and cleared the data and now the only screen showing up is downloading the app. I downloaded it and it still doesn't recognise. I looked around and it said to delete the current Versa 2 account, however I have no way of contacting my seller. Is there any other way to fully reset it?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @Brainobrien.
Thank you for providing the details reagarding your Inspire 2.
Have you been using another device connected to your Bluetooth? have you unpaired it by any chance? I'd suggest doing the following:
- Confirm that your device is fully charged. If by any case you cannot charge your device see: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
- Check if by any chance your phone's Bluetooth shows your Fitbit device as a connected device. If so, please unpair/remove it.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off the Bluetooth.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth.
- Setup your Fitbit device again.
- If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
