Just received my product. The Fitbit Inspire HR is connected to a charger. It is visible on Bluetooth. But during setup in the app, the device is not detected - neither at the screen where it asks you to tap the screen to turn on display (Fitbit screen does not comeback on on screen touch. It only does so on pressing the button) nor at the next screen where it asks to check for Bluetooth connection on the phone. Please help!
