I’ve turned Bluetooth on and off, turned the phone on and off. Reset the Fitbit. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
What else?

Hi @Karendee, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

I tried forgetting the Fitbit on my Bluetooth but then it asked something about notifications & I clicked ‘yes’, now my Fitbit is connected but there’s no ‘I’ next to the device and it’s still not syncing
