I am new to Fitbit. I have never been able to sync my Inspire HR with my IPad or IPhone. I have been on chat for a long time and they could not figure it out. They followed up with an email requesting information. I answered email with information and have heard nothing back. This is very frustrating and do not feel good about this purchase. I attempted to change the clock and ended up with clock error with information to go to app and try another clock. I did that and no success. It would be great to have someone contact me. I do not feel this has been a good purchase. Who do I reach out to now?

the myfitnesspal app and Fitbit aren’t syncing for inspire HR for past few days.
is this something you’re aware of or is it a mfp issue not a Fitbit one?
