Unable to sync Inspire HR

I already have the APP on my iPhone from a Fitbit Flex 2 that died last week 😞

Now, I have a new Inspire HR - I tried synching it but phone said "No device found"

Do I need to delete and put APP in again for the new device?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
