I wore my garmin and fitbit Inspire HR watch with Heart rate while training and while sleeping.
I wear the fitbit and garmin strap to the required tightness.
My garmin has always been very accurate and consistent in stating my sleeping and maximum heart rates so I know my garmin information is correct.
However my fitbit isn't stating my maximum and sleeping heart rates as low or high as they are stated by my garmin device.
Can you advise why the very low or highest values are not being reported by my fitbit when sleeping or when exercising?

@CKheartrate Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Inspire HR not showing the correct heart rate reading. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
