Unreliable syncing

After many issues I now have my Inspire HR pairing with JUST my iPad

 

But even then about half the times I try and sync, the app gets stuck on “looking” and I have to turn Bluetooth off and in again

 

I never had this problem with my Alta, so it’s irritating that a newer device seems so unreliable

 

Any suggestions welcomed

Got same issue, have to switch Bluetooth off and on everyday or force close the app.  Only had inspire for 3 months and already it’s becoming a chore to sync and save my data

Hooray. It’s not just me. Not helpful though :(. Hopefully there’s a magic fix somewhere
