Hi

 

I just purchased the inspire HR 2 days ago, and the notification reminder for get up and walk for my

250 count is not working. I called customer support and they claim there having an issue with this activity.

 

and there team is working on it.  Is anyone else having this issue?  I feel that if this doesn't start working real soon I want a refund/

Are you sure you have "reminders to move' turned on?

See How do I turn reminders to move on or off on my Fitbit device? 

Also remember you will not get a reminder to move if you already have 250 steps in the hour.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
