Updated and now extra activities missing

I updated my phone to S24 and my inspire 2 did an update. With this update, my activities went back to factory settings. I went to change them in the app and there isn't the option to. Activities I commonly use are no longer there, such as "workout". Any ideas?

@aberube11   As a long time user, I don't know why this happened.  It should be easy to fix.  Your shortcut list is fully loaded and you must remove at least one shortcut to add more.  Swipe left on the shortcuts and delete the ones you don't use.  Now an option to add shortcuts will appear.  Add the ones you want.  You can lightly press and hold on the lined icon and drag shortcuts to your preferred order.  Sync when you are done.

Ah, I hadn't even thought about the swiping. I tried pressing on the 3
lines and it wasn't doing anything, but swiping worked. Thank you!
