Using the app doesn't work for me

I'm disappointed that I can't use the website to access my data anymore.  Just using the phone app doesn't work for me as I'm elderly and visually impaired. Before the last update, I was able to sync my data to my profile on the website to keep track of my daily progress. Is it possible to please reverse this change.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the Fitbit app. Sorry to know the experiencing that you are having with it. 

I understand how different it is to sync your data through the app instead of the dashboard for you. 

Please note that whenever we make changes and improvements we think about how to meet the demands of our customers. However, this does not guarantee that in some cases certain features of the application or trackers will not be pleasant for some of the users. I beg your comprehension.
