Valerie clock face missing

I pre ordered the fitbit insire HR and love the lavender band and clock face. However, the clock face I adore is not an option! Will there be an update including this or was this decided to be left out? Any help appreciated

Good news! 

I have just heard from our engineering team and they let me know that the Valerie and Stats Heavy clockfaces have been added back to the Gallery. So feel free to re-install them if you have removed them from your Inspire/HR. 

For anyone changing back, I would like to know if you notice any difference in your batteries performance. This feedback will be helpful for our team as they work to improve battery life in general.

The Valerie clockface still isn't working for me. I have an Inspire HR. I get the message "this clock cannot be installed on your device". Is there something specific that I have to do to reset? Thanks.

Hello, I have just had a look and tried to install it onto my Fitbit. I have the Fitbit Inspire HR, however when going to install it it’s saying that I can get it on my device???

Hi, is there a reason the numbers are grainy? I guess it’s to save the battery life as that was the issue before maybe? 

Also, as I never had the clock face previous to it - mine is now available to download as it wasn’t for a few hours after you posted to say it was available - Did it not have the date as an option when you scroll through? I’d rather that than heart rate in all honesty!

I can use it but I’m not too keen on it as it looks grainy and it doesn’t have the date option which I thought it did 😞 will this be updated/changed in the future???

After switching to simple stats while Valarie was missing, my regular battery usage was about 20% a day. After switching back to Valarie, my batter usage is 40% a day 😞 

I'll be switching back to simple stats!

At the moment I am using the ‘Segments’ clock face and the battery is amazing on my device, I haven’t noticed much decrease at all in the battery life, one of my favourite clock faces, I love how simple it looks, and it has all the different options, the only criticism is the way the date is written as I’m not American, usually in the UK the date comes before the month, however on this clock face the month comes before the date 😞 that’s the only issue u have the clock face ‘Segments’ 

It’s such a shame that the ‘Valerie’ clock face doesn’t have the date option, as that’s my favourite feature on my current face.

I just set up a new inspire hr yesterday, and can't find anywhere to change the clock face.  I can get to the dashboard, but clock face isn't an option anywhere.  Help?

Once you have the fitbit Inspire HR setup, go to the fitbit app on your phone and click on the upper right hand corner of the screen.  You will see a clock Icon labled Clock Faces.  Click on this ICON then on the all clocks tab.  Now you can select the clock face .

It sounds so promising, but it just isn't working. When I go to the fitbit app, on my phone, there is nothing to click on in the upper right hand corner (samsung galaxy android). If I click on the upper left corner and go to "account" there is still no clock face. No option at all. Believe me, I've tried clicking on just about everything! Can't figure out why mine is different from everybody else....does it only work on an iPhone? Thanks for trying....

So I tried to find the Analog clock face but couldn’t find it, I can find all the other ones though. Did Fitbit remove it, if they didn’t, why can’t I find it?
