Valerie clock face missing

I pre ordered the fitbit insire HR and love the lavender band and clock face. However, the clock face I adore is not an option! Will there be an update including this or was this decided to be left out? Any help appreciated

I am still experiencing that this clock face is grainy and not quite clear. Is this the same for tiebreaker users or just myself?? Also will there be an option in a further update of the face to have the date too??

It's the end of 2019 and the Valerie clockface is not available for Inspire HR as far as I can see.

It has been months since this thread took place. i iust bought the fitbit for the clock face and its still gone?  Very disapointed.  i i wt the valerie clock face.

This clock face is not an option on my new FitBit Inspire HR.  Just purchased March 2020.  How do I download it?

Hi.  I see that they made a new Valerie clock face, but it’s not as pretty as the original.  Are they going to bring the original back?  It was such a pretty font!
