I accidentally deleted my water tracking.

Can I get it back?

If you mean just the tile on phone app, Edit button near top right, then scroll down to 'Additional Stats' to see if it is there to re-add.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
