What does the emblems mean on Inspire 2?

What do the various emblems mean on the watch?  I see that I am about 1/5 lit in the circle surrounding the three chevrons.  what does that mean?  I also just completed 250 something of figure with one leg and two arms up.  I have no idea what any of the signs mean.

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

3 chevrons are (Active) Zone Minutes; daily goal by default is 22, comes from weekly goal of 150 minutes.  Amount of circle lit show progress toward daily goal.

250 is probably 250 steps per hour, which is separate from daily goal by default 10,000 steps per day, also can set number of hours to try to get 250 steps in hour (reminders to move) to avoid sitting too long.

Flame is calories.

Heart is pulse.

GPS symbol, teardrop with hole in it, is distance.

Stairscase is stairs.
