WhatsApp Notifications

I can’t seem to get WhatsApp notifications any more from my iPhone, I have followed all help advise on the Fitbit  help pages but nothing working. 
Whatsapp won’t come up on my list of apps to turn on the notifications! Can anyone help?

Let me help you with your WhatsApp notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

• Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
• Restart your phone and restart your device. 
• Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
• Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

If you still don't see WhatsApp as an option then log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I have tried all of the above and it still isn’t coming up on the list off apps to turn notifications on

@Charlie_Juds thank you for the update and sorry for the delay in mine.

Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? On the notifications main page and the app list? Also make sure you have the app up to date as a new version was just released.
