Where is the Valerie clock face?

The Valerie clock face is the one displayed in the Fitbit store for the Fitbit Inspire HR with a white/black band. I cannot find this clock face in the Fitbit app. I have seen other forum posts throughout 2019 where new customers cite that they liked this clock face and wondering where it was. I am among the few users who saw this clock face as a deciding factor in my purchase of the Fitbit Inspire HR. Some of these posts were answered by Fitbit staff advising that the clock face had been removed to improve battery life, but added back. It's frustrating that this clock face is displayed on the Inspire HRs in the Fitbit store, but not actually available for my Fitbit after purchase. Will it ever be added back to the clock face options permanently? Thank you!

Hi @spacecat707 nice to see you around! Welcome to the Community Forums. Thank you for taking the time to read the information on the forums.

We received feedback about this specific clock face some time ago. We've fixed those issues in the past. I was checking my Fitbit Inspire clock faces and I can see the options below, including Valerie clock face.

Do you have the same information on your Fitbit App? If not, can you please send a screenshot with the clock faces that you can see from your end?

@YojanaFitbit This new Valerie clock face is a highly pixelated version and not the one as advertised on all of the promotional materials. The line height is wrong as is the font size.  I think it's pretty easy to tell the difference.

For clarification, I don't mean line height or font size (I didn't have a reference), I meant that that one is outlined and pixelated, where as the original Valerie is filled--as seen below. As a customer, I would be happy with a disclaimer that it drains battery life quicker (if that's the issue)

Exactly why I just bought the white version of the Fitbit Inspire HR.
This is false advertisement. I don’t have the  possibility to get the bold letters on my screen.

I have the Inspire (not HR) and originally put the Valerie face on it, but instead of steps, it showed calories burned.  I could not figure out how to change that, if it can be changed, so I went with the stats heavy.
