My inspire hr is stuck on the time face and will not swipe up or down. I can’t see any of my details, steps etc. How do I fix it? Also syncing is sporadic.

Me too. It's frustrating. I've put it onto charge & tried reset but hasn't reset

I decided to try completely removing the Inspire HR and then adding it back. That has resolved my issue. It’s like a reboot I guess! Good luck out there!
