Does Fitbit  take into consideration the environment temperature you are working out in? For example, running in cold vs running in warm environment should effect calories burned.

Yes, as much as they are reflected in heart rate, which is big factor in calorie burn.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
