Hi,
I did a 20 minute cardio workout yesterday (30 Minutes), my fitbit logged 25 minutes and 167 calories, seemed ok it took away 5 minutes as it takes 10 to start tracking.
Today I did a 45 minute workout - it tracked in my lighting bolt 42 minutes great - went to go look at the total calories and it said 12 minutes 111 calories????
Can not be correct: Last week I did (2) 45 minute workouts and it tracked those and each was about 300 something calories, all of these are the same type of cardio kickboxing workouts.
I bought this specifically to track cardio workouts as I can't carry my phone while I do my cardio and use my samsung fit app...
Anyone else have this issue? How can I fix it?
Thanks
D

Important information you left out: Are you relying on Fitbit auto-recognizing your workouts, or are you using the Exercise app?
Using the Exercise App tends to give more reliable results, as you tell it when you start and end, and what activity you are doing. There is never any question about getting the full session recorded.
If you have not tried this, to get started, from main clock face, scroll up (swipe down) to 'Exercise; tap on that, then scroll up or down to your workout choice.
This 'Help' section tells more ab out it, and how to get your preferred workout types into the exercise shortcuts list:

Hi,
thank you.
I swiped to the exercise app on my fitbit device the lighting bolt, but I can't seem to get it to open to show me exercises to click start.. I might be doing something wrong? (I am not technologically advanced haha) but it doesn't seem to open anything to say start exercise.
I will research the link you sent as well. Thanks for helping.
