My Fitbit Inspire HR is nearly 4months old. Today, it suddenly stopped working. It will display only the time. I have tried resetting it a few times. No happy face appears. Then the time display comes back, but nothing else. It is registering my steps on the app on my android phone. I have recharged the fitbit. Still nothing.
Any suggestions?

I tried yet again to restart it after a while, and it worked. So all seems ok now. But why?

Really happy to hear that your Inspire HR is now working after you successfully restarted it. It could be that you need to press the button a little longer. When restarting it make sure it is plugged to the charging cable and connected to a power source.

I've had my Inspire HR for a little over a month. Today, when I try to swipe it to show steps, nothing happens. It shows up on my Android, but I'm starting to feel like this device is sub par quality. I will try re-setting and see if that helps
