The Fitbit app is terrible. I've had it a month and a half and it's the most troublesome app I've ever used. And support is not much better. I've had to chat with support twice to try to address my problem, and they say they escalate it to the next level, but I never hear back from anyone. What are my issues?
1. Every time I charge the tracker, it won't let me use the app to add anything to the logs - no food, no water, no weight updates, nothing. The fields are non-responsive in the app. Support suggested several things and nothing worked. But both times this happened, the app mysteriously started working the next day. But did I ever receive help from the escalated support team? NO. Not a single word about my issues. Why does this happen every time I charge the tracker and why does it start working again the next day?
2. Tonight, and I have to say this happens about once a week, I cannot get my tracker to sync with the app on my phone. It says there is no internet connection (there is, I can easily get to the internet via my browser) and Bluetooth cannot find the tracker. I've searched the help forums and there's dozens of similar topics but NOWHERE is a solution. This also prevents me from adding food to my log, since it depends on looking up the info on the internet. The connection is there, the stupid app just doesn't play nice with my phone.
I'm about ready to just trash this stupid tracker and go with Carb Manager and Myfitnesspal, which is what I used before I wasted money on this worthless piece of garbage. Get your software to work, and fix the darn bugs!

Sorry @Schrimpf you have posted in the tracker support are, and asking about the Fitbit app for an unknown model.
We at least need to know if the app is for a Win 10 pc, android, iOS, or windows phone
