Purchased yesterday from a brick and mortar store. I am using this with Windows 10 PC, but the unit itself does nothing! Will not swipe, pressing button does nothing, and I can't install a clock. Have restarted 6x, removed from the app and reinstalled, and it's going back today.

SOLVED! Set up the Inspire with neighbor's I-pad, brought it back in range of my PC, and it seems to be working! Who knew!
