After doing the following steps to unfreeze my fitbit my alarms no longer work. What do I do?

Hi @balance99 Try restarting it several tmes and see if that fixes the alarms. If it doesnt, remove the alarms, uninstall the app and reinstall it and log back in to your account and then set the alarms up again.
