My Inspire suddenly does not sync.
I use a Windows 10 computer which recognizes my device but has the message below it saying "Bluetooth is turned off" - meaning on the Inspire device I think
Also it will not allow me to remove the device and reconnect
Any suggestions please

Hi, @resmus , that message “bluetooth turned off” refers to your computer, not the Fitbit. If you are getting that message it suggests that for some reason your Fitbit app is not detecting that bluetooth is turned on on the computer. You might try toggling bluetooth off, waiting a minute and turning it back on again. Alternatively you could log out of your Fitbit app and log in again.
Please do not remove the device and reconnect. That can cause many other issues.
Please post again if the problem persists. There is always someone here to help. Welcome to the forums!

Thank you Julia G - you were right it was not the Fitbit tracker that was the problem.
My windows 10 desktop has lost its Bluetooth capability.citing "Bluetooth Radio status" as not fixed
I have tried every fix that I am aware of but without success.
Even MS had a go using remote control of my PC.
I have decided to acquire a Bluetooth adaptor in the hope of restoring the capability.
Does anyone know how long the tracker retains data without syncing with the Fitbit app.

Hi, @resmus , it will store detailed data (workouts, sleeps, etc) for up to 5 days, but basic data (steps) will be stored for up to 30 days. I am not sure where heartrate data fits in. You might lose some of that if you have an extended period without syncing. But your step count should still be there.
