Fitbit Inspire HR not syncing with iPhone

I purchased my Fitbit Inspire HR last summer.  I have never been able to get my tracker to sync with my iphone so that I can receive notifications.  And, now it won't sync at all after my last phone update.

@Mkeen It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your iPhone. Try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
