change sleep hours

I only need six hours of sleep every night, and have an afternoon nap (usually twenty minutes) in the afternoon.  Fitbit says I must have eight hours.  This is patently wrong.  If I try to stay asleep after I'm awake I get migraine.  How can I change the required eight hours to six?

also, the "preview" doesn't seem to be working.  If I'd been able to preview the message, I'd have noticed the redundancy of afternoon nap... in the afternoon.  🤦‍:female_sign:
