Hi,
Im doing sprints and thought the countdown could help determine when ive done 20 seconds sprint.
I cant seem to go down below minutes when im setting it up...

Hi @morgn On the Inspire you cant set the countdown timer to less than 1 minute, so that wont work for you. Do you have an Inspire, or an Inspire HR? If it is the HR model you could use the Interval Workout Exercise Shortcut, but if you have the Inspire you cant do that

yes - you change it in the app. Go to Exercise shorcuts in the app and you can set the timer there. From memory the minimum is 10 seconds.

I just cant find anywhere in the app where you can edit an exercise...

I think from memory you cant edit an exercise. You can only delete it and manually add it in again with the corrected details. What are you wanting to edit?

If I understand you correctly (you want to change the interval times), you should be able to do that in the App. Go to your account and select your Inspire HR. Then scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts and select it and then select Interval Workout on the list of Shortcuts. On the page that comes up you can reset the timers and the number of repeats.
