i cant set my fitbit up

because i have the same email i used before ,it is my account  I have being tyring for hrs

Hi @bev123 I am not sure excatly what you are doing. At a guess are you trying to set up a new account for your new fitbit using the same email address? If this is what is happening then you need to log in to your old account and set up from there. You cant set up a new account using the same email address. If I have totally misunderstood then please come back with more details of what you are doing.
