Same issue here. Has never synced automatically and now it won’t sync manually by BT or USB. I get the impression that the main function of the device is not to monitor my health but my interaction with the Fitbit community and partners. I’m going to return this device for a refund. Not impressed.

Same issue here. How do I check if it has the latest software in my inspire if it won't sync to my Windows 10 computer. Seems like there is no moderator for this question.
