I have a problem either with shortening battery life or with "low battery" notifications on my Inspire HR device.
When I just got it 3 month ago, I was receiving the "Low battery" notification when the battery was at 15%. Shortly after, the device would shut down, demanding to charge it. Few weeks ago, notification came when it was at 20%, last week I got the notification when the battery was at 40%, and right now I got it when my device is at 60%!
The device use is absolutely same all this time. Also the clock face is same - "stats heavy". Set it on the day I got the device and haven't changed since.
To note, the device shuts off shortly after notification comes, and when I plug it in and check how much is it charged, it shows the same high charge it had before I plug it.
So, what to do? Is it the battery dying after such short time, or is it something messed up with some settings? How to fix?
Thanks.

Ditto. My Inspire is new, just a few weeks old. First thing it did was update the firmware. I get low-battery notifications/emails from Fitbit with over 50% charge, so they are useless. I'm having to check the actual charge every day or two manually to see where things really stand. (I'm assuming, as are others in this thread, that the problem lies with premature "low-battery" alerts and not with the battery meter readings on the device itself.) I never had this problem with my old Fitbit One (which recently died, inspiring my move to Inspire).
Fitbit, if you're listening, can you find our accurate emails?

I just spoke with Fitbit customer support and they are aware of the issue and “working” on it.
