I already have a Fitbit Inspire that I really like so I bought another one for my daughter as a birthday present. I'd like to set both of them up on my account but when I try to add it it asks me if I'm replacing my original one and does not give me the option to simply add another one.
I created a MY Family account but when I go to set up the device the only options are the Ace or Ace 2.
Am I going to have to create a whole other account for her?

You did not mention your daughter's age.
For family account, as you saw, can use only Ace or Ace.
Children under age 13 are not allowed to have own account. These are the target for family account.
If your daughter is 13 or over, to use the Inspire, she would need to have her own account. If you plan to use the same phone or other sync device, you would need to log out of your Fitbit account, create a new account with a different email for her, and add her Inspire to that account, probably moving your tracker further away during setup to avoid confusion. Then, to manage both accounts, you would have to keep logging out of one account and into the other.

Johnny,
I'm in the same boat. However, my son is only 10 yrs old. The Ace just doesn't provide all the information that he wants to use when he runs cross country. That's why I got the Inspire 2 for him. Any suggestions on how to get him set up?
