sync button missing in PC amp

Fitbit stopped supporting my android phone version.  I purchased a sync dongle and that worked for a while.  Now it seems that the sync option is missing from the PC app, and the app looks different than before.  Is syncing with the dongle still supported?

I figured it out, I was logged into Fitbit online instead of the ap.
