I had a fitbit ONE, I now purchased an Inspire HR. Can I use same email address to get notifications? No longer use fitbit ONE.
Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner Yes you can. If the One is still on your fit it account either remove it or turn notifications to the One off. Then it should send notifications you have set up to your Inspire

Hi again. If you cant see the One on your account then it is probably not there. I am not sure, as @WendyB says, if you have used your original account that you had the One set up on or opened a new account using a different email address.

Message I receive says my email is already used. So I need to choose a different email address. Not sure why....... So I thought it was because I had a different Fitbit.

Best AnswerYes that spunds as if you were trying to set up a new account usingnthe old email address. If you remember your password then just log into the old account. If you forget the password you can request a password change. Then once you get into the old account you can set your Inspire up again in that account. Does that make sense?

Best AnswerAs far as I am aware you only get that message when you try to create a new account with the old email address. If you are selecting Log In (not create an account) and get that message, you will need to contact Support about it (link in my signature) as there is nothing anyone on the forums can do.
