(2) Versa's Paired

My wife and I have Versa's.  I had a devil of a time getting both activated.  I used my phone initially for both and now I see Versa paired twice under Bluetooth settings on my phone.

The phone is Samsung Galaxy S9+

Under Version on my Versa I see 32.33.1.30

How can I determine the correct Versa to unpair or should I just unpair both and then repair?

I dont know of a way to tell which is which. I would un-pair one and if its yours then un-pair the other. Then set yours up only on your phone

Hers cant go to her phone or computer

Thanks for the response. I did in fact unpair both Versa's. Now, none are
showing as being paired with the phone. How do I make the Versa discoverable as
it is not being found when I scan.

The watch still appears to be functioning, can it do that without Bluetooth?

The Fitbit app will pair the Versa to the phone.

First log into the correct Fitbit account and let the tracker sync.

The app then should ask for several permissions which you will want to agree to.

To sum up you will not be able to and should not try to pair a Versa through the phones Bluetooth menu.

Do you and your wife have separate phones? Or as @WendyB suggests would one of you be able to sync through a computer or iPad?
