The set-up will start and allow the 4 digit sync number to be input but then it never finishes set-up. This set-up is being attempted with a new motorola Z3 . I have uninstalled the fitbit app and turned off and on both devices several times. Also, This is the second Versa that I am going through this with. There is no error code or message to what may be happening.

It may be that your new phone just doesn't work with fitbits - it's not showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices
Do you have access to another device (phone, tablet, computer) that you could use to test this theory out?
