2nd defective versa

My last versa quit working and I was sent this one last summer. A couple weeks ago, my notifications wouldn’t clear, so I restarted it and it was fine. Today, it kept restarting itself, so I tried a factory reset that wouldn’t go through. A blue thermometer popped up and now it won’t turn on again

Now the screen came off with some water. It was in water for less than a minute
