Hi @Kcasci - there are plenty of clock faces in the Gallery with seconds, but have a look specifically at SimpleClockPro which is designed for nursing and night shift work for move reminders, drink reminders etc. Has both Analog and Digital with seconds and battery saving. It might be helpful.
