The most recent firmware update has bricked the batteries of the Versa 2. There should be an option to remove a firmware update or there should be a new firmware update that fixes this issue.

Hi @shell.13.23 - firmware updates are delicate especially if interrupted and there is no recovery feature to complete the update or go back .
But first make sure that the symptoms correspond. Have you tried restarting the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device?
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may take you through a factory reset, though this might not work, depending on the watch state.
