I can’t get my phone to download a clock face to my fit bit

My Versa is not downloading clock faces

I cant either. I've shut my phone off twice but still not able...

I can download the clock face but it won’t let me change any settings on the clock face.  I’ve done everything like reset  my versa,reset Bluetooth But nothing works.

I have tried everything to try & download a new clockface but nothing works x

I’m having the same issue and I’ve turned off my Fitbit, disconnected from Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and nothing works. Since trying to download a new clock face, my Fitbit won’t sync. 👎🏼
