I'm going to apologize in advance if it comes off like I'm frustrated but has there been any update at all regarding the text notification issue stemming from ios 13? I created a post on 11/2/2019 that received no communication from the Fitbit team. I just have a very hard time understanding how this issue continues to persist as this issue has been going on for a few months now?
Is there ANY resolution in sight? I have already tried ever single "work around" that Fitbit has provided yet nothing seems to work.

I called today for the same problem and have zero answers they told me they have no date as to when this will be fixed

Seems like if they haven't fixed it since the initial post in June....so maybe they can't?
If it makes you feel better looks like iOS13 affected other devices as well (wearos)

their interim solution is the same...turn on "show previews"

I went to settings > notifications > messages/phone > turned on preview always and now everything works

Thank you @brevermann, I was trying to avoid that solution but might have to cave in since there seems to be no end in sight.
