Unable to setup Versa 2

I was excited to purchase a Versa 2 on the weekend.  I was able to initially set it up, as per the directions and it appeared to be working fine.  (using a Blackberry keyone).  I realized yesterday that it had stopped synching with my phone for some reason, it had been working up to a point the first day.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, powered down the device and nothing.  It tells me my Versa 2 is rejecting pairing.  I also tried to pair it with my Samsung Galaxy S10, and the same problem.  It won't pair/sync.  Help!!!

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

 

Keep in mind that the BlackBerry Keyone is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience connection difficulties with it. That being said, please try the steps above with the Samsung Galaxy S10 to avoid difficulties.
