I was thinking of changing my watch face, and unchecked internet selection not realizing it was needed.  Now my watch face is frozen with the message it needs internet. Please help!

Hi hope you are well 

If you go to the Fitbit app on your phone click on Watch Faces just under settings you should see permissions click and enable internet 

Then install any of Fitbit’s own stock watch faces then reinstall any Watch Face of your choice 

Also if you go to my website www.ask-watch.com and click on help there is guide on how to setup the weather and other useful information

Thank you for your help. That worked; however, I have another problem. My Versa screen is frozen telling me to enter a numerical code.  

    I was just checking out the Santa and was curious of the cost.  I did NOT want to order it.  

    Please help again.

Just install another watch face 

don't be afraid, whatever you do you will not break it 

have fun and if you do run in to difficulties you can always carry out a factory reset

Do you ever make custom Versa watch faces? My second smartwatch is a Pebble Time that has a watch face whose "Date" changes to "Quiet Time" when notification vibrations are turned off.
