Access to apps and watch faces on Versa

When I want to change a watch face or when I want to put an app on my versa, after clicking on the item nothing happens except the little circle keeps on turning and turning. Nothing happens. So I can't change my watch face or put an app on my Versa.

When I go to get new apps,I will click install, the bar will go like it's installing, and then after it turns solid, a few seconds later it changes to "install" again. So it literally did nothing!

This has been happening for months! I'm so upset because I really need some of these apps and yet even the most simple ones won't install!

I even tried deleting a couple apps yesterday, verifying my wifi, syncing my Versa 2, and I'm not sure what else, but nothing seems to be helping!

I would love any suggestions on what other things I can try in order to be able to add more/different apps to my Versa 2 as needed!
