I'm totally blind. I have a Versa 3. The watch really doesn't do anything for a person that cannot see at all. No voice output for anything that I know of. Yes you can connect it to Alexa or Google. But that doesn't give you any real time information and their are things you cannot do. Like get current heart rate, SPO2 information or even the time on the watch.
So my questions are is their any watch faces that will speak information to me like Time when I wake up the watch?
Give me stats like current heart rate, steps taken, distance, cals, SPO2 information?
Any Apps that would allow me to access the watch itself as far as speaking things on the screen if I move from screen to screen?
When I go into settings read out what I'm on and what may have been changed?
Fitbit you need to think about people that have disabilities and that may not be able to see at all like myself and have an accessibility option that will speak everyting out on the device for devices that have a built in speaker. I did check the App store and didn't find anything. As far as that goes, I couldn't even tell if any of the watch faces even had any speach output.

Hi, @BlindUser , thank you for posting. I agree that this would be an excellent feature addition to Fitbit. I checked the Feature Ideas / Suggestions section of the forums and find that someone has raised this issue. It would be great for you to add your vote / voice in support of this feature, and you can also comment to add to the conversation. The link to the feature suggestion is here .
I know that internet best practice now is clear that pages must be accessible to all users, and hopefully in the future the same best practice will apply to smart watches and fitness devices as well.
I am thinking that it might be possible to add these features more easily to the app, so that even if you couldn’t, for example, see the SpO2 feature on your device, your app could read it aloud to you.
Thank you for posting about this important issue, and welcome to the forums!
