Accessing Apps on my Versa

Can't acess any of my watch apps becau the minute I touch the watch face the Security message unlock your phone comes on access is deny to anytrhing else on the phone . The phone isn't on lock at the time i'm trying to access my apps.

Is it possible to switch of the message re "unlock your phone" or even bypass it.

The device lock on the Versa is automatically enabled if you set up Fitbit Pay. If you don't know the PIN then it can be reset by the app. There's a help file that explains how to do this at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250/
