Active Call Notification Turn off please

When I start a call, my watch alerts me that there is an "Active Call." This ALWAYS interrupts my train of thought and is VERY annoying. I've searched for this topic and it seems FitBit has known about it for over 2 years with no solution besides telling people to turn off their call notifications, but I still want to be notified if I have an incoming call, just not an ACTIVE CALL when I dial out...or when someone calls in, and I answer, I obviously already know someone was calling me, so why would my phone then tell me after I answer the call that I have an "ACTIVE CALL?" PLEASE HELP!

There’s so many threads on this dating back 2 years, but no solution. The active call notification is extremely annoying and unnecessary. This is happening on my Charge4 and I believe it’s related to iPhone apps only.
Please help @Fitbit.

I am having the same problem with my Versa 2 and IPhone 8. Also endless repeated calendar notifications for the same entry. Very annoying. I turned off notifications and I still get them.

Oh my goodness, I get the same thing with endless calendar notifications. It’s HORRIBLE. while I’m working out or in class or something I keep getting notified for a calendar event when I already saw it and cleared it. So annoying, frustrating,
