Versa 2 screen falls off

My versa 2 screen keeps falling off. So disappointed as I never take it off my hand

I have had this happen twice in one year to me.  They replaced it once, but the second time offered a 35% discount to buy a new one.  (others have experienced the same thing and get the same "discount")  This is a known problem with Versa, Versa 2 and Versa 3.  Go look it up.  I found your post by searching under all three of those watches.  They all have the same issue.  I am furious this happened to me twice within a year.  They know they have a problem, but continue to sell a defective product.  People need to warn consumers about this issue.  Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased my Versa.   If you are reading this and your screen hasn't fallen off....it will.

Thank you for your msg. I contacted fitbit and they wanted me to send on a photo of the watch with the screen off but unfortunately I got a temporary seal put onto it. It has happened twice so the next time it comes off I will take a photo and send it onto them.....

It's so disappointing and now im not guaranteed that it's waterproof.  I don't think I would buy again....
