Active Minutes Disappeared....

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My wife, who has a FitBit Versa, was walking this morning and her watch said she had 61 active minutes.  After she got home and checked her information a little later it said she had 0 minutes of active minutes.

She just checked her exercise information for the week and it shows she walked a total of 66 minutes but only burned 68 calories during her walk this morning.

Under hourly activity it doesn't show that she got in her 250 steps during the time she was walking and if you go to the heartrate information it doesn't show today's information at all.

Anyone have a clue as to why her data would have disappeared like that?

btw: she has the newest update

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi, which Clock Face is your wife using? One developed by Fitbit itself of a Third Party One from the Fitbit Gallery. In the last case, which one is she using? Regards kuzibri

It is from a 3rd party.

Strange though, it hasn't ever done this and she has had the Versa with this watch face since April.

Thank you for your response!
