Active Zone Minutes Data

I recently set my main goal as active zone minutes and like the concept but am having trouble interpreting what some of the data means on the watch?

When I look at the "Today" stats, the active zone minutes shows the number, then one of the three chevron arrows is highlighted and it says "0x Zone Min" below that. I'm especially confused and haven't been able to find any guidance online what the 0x Zone Min means and why only one of the three arrows are highlighted? In this case I had 34 zone minutes and surpassed my goal.

Any help? Thanks.

Hello @jsoener

Active Zone Minutes or active minutes are based on your device with heart-pumping activity throughout the day. You can read detailed information on Active Zone Minutes here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1379.htm

Let me know if this answers your question. 😃 Happy Stepping!
